The Return to the Gym Program has been designed by the Doctors of Physical Therapy of Diverge Performance & Physical Therapy. Designed specifically to help the avid gym-goer relieve pain, improve mobility, build strength and get back to the gym and back to enjoying pain-free workouts.

Return To Running

This Return to Running Program has been designed specifically by our running specialists here at Diverge Performance & Physical Therapy. Our running specialists have worked with all levels whether it be recreational runners who want to be able to run their first 5K all the way up to runners competing in the Olympic trials.

Return To CrossFit

The Return to CrossFit Program has been designed by the Doctors of Physical Therapy within Diverge Performance & Physical Therapy who are also USAW Weightlifting Coaches. This is for CrossFit athletes who are having difficulty completing their WODs due to pain or poor mobility.

Our Sessions Are Always 1-on-1 & Specific To What YOU Need

On time, always. One-on-one for a full 60 minutes with your doctor, every visit. We create a customized plan designed for you and your specific injury. There will always be transparency in what you pay. You’ll never get a bill from us 2 months after your visit. Most importantly, we are available for you. Have a question? Get an answer from your doctor directly.
